DOCUMENT REQUIRED FOR AMALGAMATION OF PLOT:
Following are the documents required for Amalgamation of Plot:
Request Letter to MIDC,
No Dues Certificate for water from Executive Engineer/Dy. Engineer (SPA) MIDC,
Copy of Project Report.
Copy of On-line application to MIDC,
NOC from Financial Institution (if the plot is mortgaged with the permission of MIDC),
Declaration on Form No. A & B,
Copy of up to date Lease Rent Paid Receipt.
